Simple Online Booking Process

Select Requirements: MOT, service, repair, tyre change etc.

Choose your preferred Service Centre and select a convenient time and date.

Alternatively, let our Customer Advisors take care of the booking for you.

Vehicle Pick Up Options

1. Choose our vehicle collection service and have your vehicle picked up and delivered back to you. (Selected garages only)

2. Take your vehicle to the chosen Service Centre and collect when work completed.

Booking Confirmation

Choose confirmation options:

  • SMS message
  • Email
  • SMS & Email

Once confirmed you will receive any updates.

Garage Reports Findings & Quote to Your Advisor

Once your vehicle has been inspected, the garage will report back with a proposal and quote. Your Advisor will check pricing and parts and ensure the proposed work is in line with the industry standards, and any appropriate discounts have been applied.

Customer Authorisation

Once your Advisor is satisfied with the work proposal and quote, you will be contacted for approval. As long as you are happy, pre-authorisation will be taken and the garage will start the work on your vehicle.

No Need to Pay the Garage

£0.00

Your Advisor will close the invoice, ensuring appropriate member discounts have been applied and your vehicle is either collected or returned to you.

Completion of Work

Upon completion of agreed work, the garage will contact your Advisor and provide a full breakdown of the work completed.
